  I had beat up carpet that had hard to remove stains and some dried glue or kid stuff on it. I guess that's what happens when you have kids. ... read more I know my husband and I have tried to take this out with the carpet cleaner we had rented from a store, but were unsuccessful. Since we had house guests coming soon, I wanted our carpets to look clean and refreshed. I was also thinking of ripping out the carpet and putting down new carpet or tile in the next few months. However, I don't feel like I need to change out the flooring anymore. The carpets look much cleaner and they were able to remove those hard stains. It doesn't look as dirty and the carpet looks lIke that off white color I remember from 8 years ago. They were able to do our 3 rooms in a little less than 2 hours. The staff was friendly.
They just needed a water source and hooked up their machine and hoses to to the sink by our washing machine. The floors were of course wet when they were done and said it would take 6 hours to dry. However I could open the windows to dry the carpets because it was rainy so they were still a little damp after 6 hours. But that's ok. The carpets look fantastic. Easy to book online and they were actually one of the cheapest places $149 for 3 rooms. That's a steal when I think about how much it would take to change out the carpet in 3 rooms.
