Our move-out/deep cleaning services are just what the name suggests - a robust and thorough cleaning of the interior of your home. A move-out/deep cleaning is recommended if you are moving out of your home or if you have not had your home cleaned for several months and are looking for a thorough cleaning. Provide us with your landlord's punch list, or we can use our own.

- Pull fridge away from wall and clean wall and floor beneath
- Cabinets and drawers (inside and out)
- Overhead light cover
- Floors/baseboards (sweep and damp mop)
Bathroom
- Windows, window sills, screens, blinds (curtains not included)
- Sink, toilet and tub/shower
- Shower door track
- Drawers, medicine cabinet/mirrors
- Dust all ceiling fans
- Floors/baseboards (sweep and damp mop)
Living Room
- Windows, window sills, screens, blinds (curtains not included)
- Ceiling fans (no higher than 12’ ceiling height)
- Vacuum carpet, sweep and damp mop bare floors, clean baseboards
- Dust mini-blinds
- Dust A/C vents
Bedrooms
- Windows, window sills, screens, blinds (curtains not included)
- Ceiling fans (no higher than 12’ ceiling height)
- Vacuum carpet, sweep and damp mop bare floors, clean baseboards
- "Spot clean" wall surfaces
- Plug and light switch faceplate
- A/C filters/vents
**Note: Only the exterior of windows on the ground floor will be cleaned with this service. Second floor and higher exterior windows may not be accessible.
